@Villanova, Sat. Feb. 4, 8pm, CBS Sports/570AM

And the top 5 annoying components of this game are......

1. Getting out hustled for the first 10 minutes
2. Falling for 57 pump fakes (again)
3. 900 whistles resulting in PT for Amar and Sigmond Frued
4. Vincenzo getting a career high for the 2nd time in as many games against SJU
5. Steve Lappas

Well, at least Ponds is filling up a stat sheet on a wasted night. Thought he was going to pitch a shutout a few minutes ago

Score definitely not indicative of the game. POV got to be AliB for not putting up any shots.

Fantastic effort at the end of the game to get under 18.5. Great job guys

Game never in doubt, effort sucked & moral victories are worthless. Get your stuff together this week & bring it all v Seton Hall Saturday. Nova is excellent, but we're not good enough to take a minute off. Tonight we did.

In a unrelated Game, Kentucky brought a knife to a gun fight in Florida and is getting whacked by the Gators. Young Players, despite Talent are sometimes inconsistent . So, let this game go and gear up for Seton Hall next Saturday. Not a good match up but, hey you never know.

It will be interesting to hear the story on Lovett from Mullin's Presser. To me, he isn't ready yet for next level, unless overseas. . it would be a shame to not see what he and Ponds could do, with more Talent everywhere on our Roster.

Why is Lovett on the bench? Why didn't he start? I didn't expect us to win this, but was hoping to at least make it competitive, which cannot happen with our PG on the bench. WTF Is Mullin thinking??

Had to be related to a practice or lateness situation. You don't sit this kid to start Owens and Yakwe. And if that is the real reason then Mullin is an idiot.
