I am going to give Lavin a compliment. There is a reason he does not want to play these guys. At least Balamou has stepped up today with four points.

I'll leave it at this: we're getting the best we can out of the guys on the roster right now. Playing hard and filling the roles they can. I can live with that.
 
At this point in the game I'm satisfied to be trailing by only 4 points. Our zone defense against the three is horrible but what choice do we have with only 4 decent players out there. Can't afford foul trouble. This game could hit 100 points at this rate.
Really nice to see Balamou hit a few. Good for him. We can't afford to fall too far behind.

I am thrilled at how the core four are playing and Balamou has made two big buckets. Frustrating to be losing when you are shooting 54% and 11-11 from the line.
 
If Jordan stays hot, Harrison does his thing without fouling three point shooters, and Pointer finds some short jumpers (no more three pointers) we might make it competitive at the finish.

With Butler and G'town winning today it doesn't matter whether we finish with the 4th or 5th seed, either way we play Providence on Wednesday. Smart move sitting Obekpa
 
Well, Pointer rested for the fisrt 15 minutes of the 1st half so he should be fresh. Unfortunately when he awoke, he thought he should put up 3 early in shot clock..

DLO not assertive enough and missed a few wide open looks. He's a scorer , not a shooter..

Nova's depth will grind us up in the 2nd half and we have done little inside, which is where the fresh DOM needs to emerge.

We lost Hilliard and Hart, Booth way too many times for open look 3's..

I hated the play at end of half, why was GREENE BRINGING IT UP court and dribbling away precious seconds? Ball should have gone to DLO to take it to hoop and get fouled.. That is why people get exasperated with Lavin. Why Phil in that spot as PG? dumb.

WITHOUT CO to challenge PINKSTON, OCHEFU, it will take a miracle to stay in the game 2nd half. Start thinking about PC AND PUTTING UP THE TREY on them!

I just hope we don't get blown out in 2nd half. Maybe I should add Prayer.

I hear you but it is what it is. This is why we all complained about the 14 class for so long
 
Out went JDR after two minutes. In came Amar. Now here comes Christian.
