The one SJU game to watch if you were quarantined

[quote="SJU61982" post=387119]Great win over Syracuse from the year 2000.

I remember this game. It was on a Saturday night. I watched it with two friends. A heckuva game if I recall.

Barkley is why a true point guard makes huge difference. His teams were all chemistry. That is when Basketball starts looking like poetry... I heard he and Bootsy did not get along well off the court but on the court they were magic. That sequence at around 19:50 where Barkley blocks then immediately sprints down without looking and Bootsy does an acrobatic one handed mid air tip pass is a classic and shows their awesome BB IQs and chemistry.

A Great 8 day stretch, this game followed by UConn at MSG on Monday and at Duke the following Saturday and I was at all three. Good Times.

Cant decide on just one:

1986 Big East Championship Game vs Syracuse
2000 Big East Championship Game vs UConn
Feb 26, 2000 vs Duke at Cameron Indoor

One of our worst Big East losses ever, to be shown on ACC Network at 2 pm.

Miami's first ever Big East road win, at then-Alumni Hall, in 1995.

Three more for you.

January 1999 at Syracuse. This was the game played in between the tight losses to Duke and Uconn.

This two need no introductions (but you need to turn up the volume to hear the first one).

I think it was 14-12 at halftime. We set basketball back 50 years with that POS.

Whoops, sorry. Didn't read closely enough. Only off by three years. I probably should have wondered why the game I was thinking of would be aired.

This, except with Hatten spelled correctly. I still YouTube the end of that game once in awhile and it's still phenomenal every time.
