Unfortunately, it seems the second best team in the BE decided to bring their D game. Plus the decision Smart made to double Burns 20 feet from the basket is beyond stupid.

Seems every year, 1 - 2 lower seed teams go on deep runs.
It was FAU and, to a lesser extent, FDU last year.
Hope not, but looks like it's NC State's turn this year.

Suffice it to say this would be a bad look for the BE if the 2nd best team in conference gets beat by the 10th best team in a conference that we have trashed all year...

This is the problem when you weigh NCAA performance vs everything else. You tend to overweight one game vs body of work...
