Another problem. Why did the Mountain West get so inflated? Almost all will be out in first round.
I actually like Boise State to make the annual "run by first four team"
Look at their record though. Not impressive. Even their wins were barely over ranked teams in their own conference.
the ACC sucked
This was the 6th time Virginia failed to score 50 points in a double digit loss this year. 4th time since Feb 13th.

LOL, we went like 6-1 with a loss to UCONN but scoring 80+ during that same stretch.
Who would have ever guessed this outcome?
ACC teams are not going to do well in this tournament. Virginia’s terrible. They lost five games this year by at least 20 points or more another by 16 in the regular season. I believe 9 of 10 regular season losses were by at least 10 points. Tonight was not surprising, it’s the 6th time they’ve lost by at least 20. 3rd place in conference? ACC sucks. Colorado St won by 25 and didn’t look great either.

Purely a Ken Pom play
The CBS commentators after the games last night called the Virginia/ Colorado St game “ unwatchable;” and they excoriated the selection committee for rejecting both SKU and SH. They pointed out that SJU scored 90 points against U Conn; and that SH had defeated U Conn and Marquette. Commentators said that the selection committee “had made a mistake.”

Seeing the Virginia score pisses me off even more great job putting that team in the tourney over us and the Hall what a joke 14 points in the first half and lost 67-42 to a crappy team from the mountain west. Both of those teams should have been in the NIT and replaced by us and the Hall.
