Syracuse Game

Got my tickets !! I will be wearing my sju hoody and sju sweatpants and alumni shirt and trust me I will be the loudest person there I will make sure the people sitting in my section know that sju is New York city's team .
 
Listen fellas this is the bottom line , as long as we hit the high post to Jakarr or Sanchez against the zone we will win this game . I think we have better guards and we also take care of the ball but the key is hitting the high post it will open everything up.

We will win this game tomorrow mark my words . Tomorrow is just the beginning of the vision that lavin had 4 years ago of bringing St. John's back to national prominence . We will be ranked come Monday.
 
If we can score relatively efficiently, and we guard their 3pt shooters then we'll win. But if each possession looks like a struggle for us and/or they shoot 50% from 3 - then we'll lose.

I think it can be that simple. And actually that's been a common theme in the Lavin era.

It may not meam much to the younger fans but it still means something to those who remember when there was a rivalry. It also means something the the people who are marketing them as NY's Team.

As someone who is probably a younger fan, it means alot to me. Been pumped for it all week
 
I noticed today during the UNC-Kentucky game that UNC made the game a "whiteout". I'm officially declaring tomorrow's game a "Paint The Town Red" game. All fans in attendance are encouraged to wear red!!! Not white or grey with red trim, not blue or black with red letters, and not that sickening color I won't mention. RED!!!. Show your pride, show your true colors and lets show our team who we are there to represent!
 
I guessed we would be 7-8 point dogs. The fact that it's only 4 means something is up. Rarely do I miscalculate that badly. Maybe one of their players is ill or not going to dress tomorrow. That's just speculation but the fact that the spread is half of what I thought is very encouraging to me. Lets get this W!!!!!

I meant the younger Syracuse fans, who have no respect for us because we've been bad for as long as they've been watching us play them.

3 points is one additional St.John's score after a SU turnover. Lets hope for a win.
