Just not tall enough
Don’t shoot well enough
Don’t Defend well enough
Not deep enough
Not energetic enough
Don’t play with urgency enough
Not coached well enough
Not BB smart enough

Just a little short in so many areas it combines to be just not good enough. Not really an NCAA deserving team.

Hopeful for BE tourney run to make it but really not deserving.

Sad and sorry to say.
 
This team is dead and buried. They don’t seem to play with any type of passion or desire. You’re a 20-8 ball club entering March yet you throw up dud after dud.

Mullin sucks I’ll never stick up for him but these damn players man what else do you want, the big stage was all laid out for you and you look like you’re being thrown out on the court against your will.

Best thing to do with sju, stop caring so much, watch and if they win great, if they lose then oh well, life goes on.

I know how you feel Jack. Being a fan of this team is like being in a heavyweight fight with a much better boxer. Body shot (transfers) after body shot (suspensions) after body shot (lack of urgency), after body shot (recruiting failures) after body shot (questionable coaching moves after body shot (lack of a cohesive offense).....sooner or later the will to hang in there disappears.

I’m hoping that me giving up is good luck because the only other time I’ve given up this year is when we were getting our doors blown off by nova. I turned the game off when we’re down 18. Gave up on the team and they rose to the occasion.

Maybe they’ll do it again

I agree Jack. This team has become complete and utter garbage!
 
when you expect a lot it hurts even more the last 3 years i dealt with it but this team had such high aspirations! Totally disgusted!

Heartbreaking season. From the collapse, to not being good enough, to Seton Hall and the Stephens call and the Big East lying. Just gutting. Not sure where to put this, but any interest in Shaka Smart if he comes free?
