Slice Sighting

Tick, tick ...

I know a few people who could make him an offer he couldn't refuse. However, based on those silly pinstripe 3 piece suits, I bet he knows the same people.

I am pretty sure this we posted during the Slice hysteria when he first got here. Quite a character and I mean that in a good way.

Barry "Slice" Rohrssen is officially out at St John's, per school official. Third assistant is likely Mitch Richmond, I've been told. #sjubb
8:11 AM - 1 Sep 2016

But expected to sign 20 year guaranteed SJU AD contract. :)

So does the new avi mean we should cross Bol off our list, or is it highlighted because we have the inside track?

Does anyone know the amount of the settlement?
Yes, and they will remain the only ones who will know-confidentiality will be included in the settlement agreement.

If anyone on SJU's side is worth 2 cents the settlement will be considerably less than the full amount and in return Slice can seek employment immediately. The leverage they had is that if Slice wanted the full amount, they could have kept him in their employ (contractually only) for six years or at least prohibited him working elsewhere, at which time his future career would be severely compromised.

Do you know that negotiations were concluded. An announcement that he doesn't work at SJU anymore doesn't mean they've settled, simply that he won't be back, which we all knew.

If he is still on the payroll and doesn't work any longer at St.John's then season ticket holders should at least get free tickets this year for all the years of mismanagement. I guarantee that a few hundred tuition paying students and season ticket holders kneeling in front of Taffner while the media films and reports at 11 will resolve the issue in 24 hours.

Why do you think they suddenly had something to say? To keep us informed.
