I kind of figured that out watching his highlights and then learning his pedestrian numbers.Someone on the discord who’s an Arkansas fan said "the idea of Brazile is better than the actual Brazile".

I actually look at it as a positive that he didn’t force a lot of shots. Efficient shooting numbers for him.I kind of figured that out watching his highlights and then learning his pedestrian numbers.
I didn’t and agree with the Razorback perspective that the idea of him is greater than the reality of him. There is always the chance he can pull an Aaron Wheeler and fully blossom his senior year and if we do get him would hope that scenario plays out.I actually look at it as a positive that he didn’t force a lot of shots. His numbers to date dwarf what wheeler did prior to sju. If he he came here and did exactly what he did last year I think it would be a great pick up.I didn’t and agree with the Razorback perspective that the idea of him is greater than the reality of him. Luckily the current coach has slightly better accumen.Wheeler blossomed for half the season. Hopefully whoever we get doesn't need to wait that long
I’d take either. Watkins at 6’5 compared to Brazile at 6’9”. Different players.Agree here. Rick even said it. His best teams he played 5-out. I don’t think we will play that way, more like 4-out though is what Rick wants to do. Watkins fits that profile exacltly.
Yes the date he commits to another school some on here might drop dead. seriously though he can just show up at a school in the fall and sign scholarship papers then if he so chooses but nobody usually does that.Is there a drop dead date for Watkins to sign?
I bet Dulcinea has a soft touch around the rim."A guy from Portugal"? Is that serious or more akin to a "Man from La Mancha"?! I've heard rumors that Don Quixote is 6' 9, 225 lbs, and has an unusually soft touch around the rim. Ok, sorry, I'm seriously asking about Portugal.
That’s how I feel about almost all of these 6’10 aspiring perimeter players.Someone on the discord whose an Arkansas fan said "the idea of Brazile is better than the actual Brazile".
For Watkins or for certain members of this thread? Is there a drop dead date for Watkins to sign?
2.2 attempts from 3 at 35% for his career. 59 % from 2 for his career. That’s how I feel about almost all of these 6’10 aspiring perimeter players.
Thanks, Bama.Yes the date he commits to another school some on here might drop dead. seriously though he can just show up at a school in the fall and sign scholarship papers then if he so chooses but nobody usually does that.
It doesn't.The ncaa just signed a deal with the Justice Dept agreeing to give another year to any athlete who lost a year of eligibility between 2019 and now. I have not seen the actual decree. I wonder how, it at all, it applies to Ledlum and Dingle.
Sounds like it applies to them just as much as it would apply to any other kid.The ncaa just signed a deal with the Justice Dept agreeing to give another year to any athlete who lost a year of eligibility between 2019 and now. Are kids who lost their final year in 2020 to ineligibility going to come back five years later to play?It doesn't.
I mentioned the deal on a different thread. It is kids who were deemed ineligible.
Dingle and Ledlum were never deemed ineligible.
Their conference sinply chose not to participate in athletics that year.
He can shoot. He’s got a pure release and really gets everything lined up as well as anyone I’ve seen that size. And I like the efficiency #s and attempts…clearly doesn’t force it.2.2 attempts from 3 at 35% for his career. 59 % from 2 for his career.
