I disagree. Was there major talent on his team this year where he was the best player?
He is so solid. Can Dribble, drive, shoot, pass, and defend. Good size, age, and experience.
We have zuby. Good chance we have at least one of Luis or Hopkins.
Nothing against Boyd, but it would be nice to pick up a point who could be with us for two years.
Agree there. There are bigger gets out there but don’t want us to get the idea we can just grab 5 Top top end guys no problem. A guy like Boyd and a younger guy like Njie from Iona would excite me.

Watched Boyd at State a lot this year. They’re a horrible offensive team along with being very young team, Thought he did the best he could do.
This is correct. I do not work with Bryce but his ppl have , and rightfully so let it be known for some time he was leaving and they have all the medical information done..for months, and multiple times over. And I know what all my players fav candy and tv shows are....im not so sure I remember my wife's maiden name... I have heard SJU is comfortable with his health and if a number can be worked out he would like to be here. My guess is he will at SJ next yr.

Very solid player. He's replacing one of the best players in the country, though, and we have to remember that. I think the goal is to blow past being a team that can lose in the second round.
I'd be all for your idea of Njie with him. Boyd would also work with a good combo.
It will be hard to have a backcourt im more excited about than the one we just had.
Would this be the talent that would get you excited for Boyd?

The ball-handling would be a major concern for me. Sim hasn't proven that he can be more than a swing man. Sanon probably the same. Boyd can't play 40 minutes.
Agree, but if we get sanon and another impact guard who’s not a point, then I think we’re saying goodbye to Sim.

Would definitely need one or both of those 2 other guys who can contribute to be ball handlers. Can't roll with Boyd as the only guy on team that can competently play PG at this level.
Ideally Boyd would slot in next to a legit combo Guard that he can playmake for and who can take over the ballhandling duties if needed.
Then again, all this Boyd talk and haven't really seen any type of connection to here other than he might want to come back to the NY/NJ area

I agree, just think to get Sanon and Hopkins (with RJ still in fold) makes it hard to fit in another 2 impact guards. Those wings are gonna demand minutes and some of it will be at the 2.

That Front court makes it move… not many teams will compete with that. 3 1st team BE players (when healthy*** lol)
Gonna need a someone very special at PG if you are gonna have that talent to feed
