Pretty good list for a good but not great player who disappeared in some games like against Houston with a whopping 2 points. I have to believe that many of the teams mentioned are looking at him as a “depth” piece.

Only 11 ppg vs A-10 comp, as a Junior. Is he really looking to spend his last season at a place where he’ll be a 15mpg backup, unless it allows him to compete for a natty

I agree, the losses of Jenkins, Ledlum, Dingle, Alleyne and Soriano will be felt in the scoring column. And while Joel’s production did drop off, he was still good for at least 10 ppg.

Even if you bring in a defensive stopper like Clif O, coach will still have to bring in some players who can score as replacing 80% of the offense will be a tall task.

13 scholarships (D1 football and basketball must be full scholarships), 15 can dress for a game.

Unless tuition and room and board are enough for a couple kids, I still think we'll end up with only 11 kids next season.

I'm a pretty patient portal guy, but by Friday I may be ready to divvy up the Cliff money to sweeten what we'd offer Mitchell and a top-flight guard and let's see what Ejiofor can do with the bulk of the center minutes.

non US citizens attending college are on student visas which prevent the “student athlete” from accepting N$L money for “working” however schools scheme around that in a variety of ways.

Yes, but so did Karaban, and Sheierman as just a couple of examples in the BE. They were ostensibly 4's. Happens all over the NCAA landscape in today's game. Tying your team into the traditionally in structure on the recruiting trail and on the court is ancient history.
