Seton Hall

Good Lord, Obekpa's shot blocking is something to behold!! And Phil Green has a hot hand today - hit a nice jumper to stop their momemntum.

Nice game by PG IV. Jakaar has uncanny ability to adjust his shot while in the air, much like Walter Berry could do.

I think the most impressive thing other than Pointer being a beast is that this team is shooting over 60% from the field and that's not from fast breaks and layups. They've been shooing the lights out of seton hall from 16ft jumpers. Lost art that Phil Greene and Sampson have mastered. Could be dangerous...

I dont get it!!! Same as last 2 games. Up big and we start playing dumb ball.

We just can't play well with a lead, can we?

What's with all these touch fouls? Is this not a Big East game?

Some poor shot selection on a couple of trips by Harrison (the three that rattled out for him was a good shot, but didn't drop). Defense also has let us down the last few Hall possessions, as well.

It's now a ball game. We gotta get this win. We seem to never make it easy. Buckle down!

Harrison forced a couple of shots, and we're not probbing enough on offense of late. The defense also has to tighten up.

This better not be another game we were up double digits only to let the opponent come roaring back. Too many of those already, and this would be the one that definitely keeps us from any chance at the tourney. This team shows spurts of being a different tier kind of team than SH, DePaul, etc. but we can't ever seem to put together 1 good solid win with consistency from beginning to end.

Back to bad habits. To impatient on O.

Too late.... That has already happened. Fortunately, we'll still in the lead, and have a chance to extend it with Harrison at the FT line.

You're correct, in reference about us having a solid win while playing with a form on consistency from the tip to the final buzzer. I was hoping we would rout the Hall after being up by 16, but I can't say I was confident.

On that note: Harrison misses the back end of his FT. Only up by 2.

Instant replay sucks. I get it for time issues or 3-point issues but for every little thing? And...if you cry enough they'll review it? If anything there was a moving pick applied to Pointer.
