Please utilize your direct line to The Almighty to make that come to fruition. ;)
Exactly Greg!! As I said in another post winning on the road is very tough. Five Top 25 teams lost on the road yesterday and now I’m watching #13 Memphis in a dogfight with Witchita St on the road.

Every single analytics site has us as either slight favorites or a true pickem. This is generally what sportsbooks use to generate their opening line barring a massive injury. It's fairly uncommon an opener would deviate that far off the computers without an All American level player being out
I’ve seen many analytics have a team more than 50% favored to win including over 60% getting points. So that is not true. We will find out shortly who hits this one more correctly to open. And if I’m wrong you won’t see me running from being wrong. I’ll certainly admit defeat on it. But if I’m right…..

Obviously a crushing loss, but unlike previous regimes unable to recover well from like situations, I truly believe Rick will use it to psych the team up and motivate them to come out of Newark w a solid road win.

SJ is not a great team, but a gritty team with a “great” leader.

This is one I do expect to win. I expected a win at Villanova. Was hoping to steal a win at Creighton especially with a nice money line and it was there for the taking. But can’t expect it at that place. This game I do expect it. They may have snuck up on some of those other teams they beat but I expect Pitino to not let that happen anymore as they are now 5-1 in league play. Cats out of the bag.

We need to stop with the reaching fouls that seem to make up 60 % of our total fouls. Play straight up D and we get out of there with a much-needed win.
And our bigs need to realize that if you get the offensive player off the block, you’ve done your job. You don’t need to try to steal the ball. Let the opposing big continue to plod. 99% of college bigs cant play with back to basket.

They are still young as a team. They will only get better.
I also think that CRP will make Luis great.
Luis has so much raw talent that he is almost bursting to erupt.

I wish we had a go to three point guy to go to and be
a game breaker.
It seems that the competition always has a
deadeye three point guy waiting, lurking in a corner that
is very damaging to us.

I love this team and even at this stage, I'm so proud of them.
They are, right now, WARRIORS.

Dunlap???

I was going to post that if you don't mind going to Newark for an 8:30 game on a Tuesday night there are plenty of tickets at reasonable prices.
Prudential Center is a self contained little island in Newark, right off a main drag, McCarter Highway (Route 21). Not a difficult commute with fenced in, well lit parking right across the street from the Center.

Don’t underestimate them like I did all season. They are a good team. They have veteran guards similar to providence. They’re fine getting into the 70’s. So we must also.

Richmond does it all. He rebounds, scores and passes. This year it’s all clicking for him. Typical good veteran ncaa guy. Davis, Dawes and wusu all experienced guys who you have to defend.

They don’t do anything great but they do everything well. Testament to the coach who centered the team when it could’ve spiraled early on.

Alleyne and Luis vs Richmond. Richmond is a physical guy so we gotta match it.
Richmond would eat Luis alive off the bounce.
