Spot on Andrew. A team that shoots as poorly as SJU must compensate by maximizing FT opportunities. On another note, our offense is so dependent on put backs. There we get a lot of opportunities.

We haven't had it all year, why would it start now? I don't care about moral victories etc., I just love the feeling I have about where we are going. It is so easy to dismiss this year but I do believe there is a real foundation being built; we shall see of course..................

In the past that kind of testiness would generally play itself out during the game. Unless something flagrant happened(iE a punch)the game would just continue. Now, with how tightly the games are officiated, it sometimes spills over to the post game. Wish basketball had a little more hockey in it lol.

Sure SJU merited win with comeback effort, but did not deserve it with 20 turnovers & countless free throw misses. Tough to overcome that with our limited squad.

Did SHU deserve the win? No - according to the one SHU fan in 114.
