I think most are past the point system part. It is the lack, timing and accuracy of information concerning the overall cost of a season ticket package that is currently causing the most angst, exasperation and confusion which is currently drawing our anger and dissatisfaction.What most don't realize is that the ticket office has nothing to do with the point system.
