Jaquan Sanders has decommitted to St. John's. He tells me the decision was based on needing to get away from New York and eliminate distractions. He comes from Far Rockaway, a dangerous neighborhood in Queens. He said it had nothing to do with St. John's.

As a redmen Poster from the projects I 100 percent understand this. While it’s unfortunate we will lose a good prospect you have to take care of yourself and family first. We all saw the how Rysheed Jordan played out. Be safe king.
