Why do you think he helped Joel? As an administrator he was not allowed to coach, train any athlete on court at any time. Nor did I ever hear Joel giving him credit for his improvement on the court.
Hell, I knew Soriano couldn't have worked with Zendon as Joel actually passed the ball.

If he isn’t allowed to work with Joel why wold you expect to hear about it publicly
