Next weekend.Did the kid from VMI visit this weekend or did that not happen?
You really think kids are leaving based on what recruits may or may not come two seasons from now?Just a guess based on what I've read online: I think that Pitino isn't promising players like Storr or Gardner starting roles (either short or long-term) and is planning a huge 2024 class backed by major NIL money. In other words, he could have their replacements signed before they get to campus this Fall, and next year they'll be young and likely undeserving of guaranteed starting roles. Next year's team will likely be experienced veterans (such as Clayton, Jenkins, and a couple other strong mid-majors) + Soriano. Good enough to make the NCAA, especially under an excellent coach like Pitino, but nothing mind-blowing.
That's not to say he wouldn't accept players like Gardner of course, he just doesn't want to guarantee anything and won't lose sleep over them going elsewhere (and neither should anyone else- which embarrassingly isn't the case). All of this, including the fact that Soriano is our only starter thus far, shows he has a lot of confidence in his plan both short and long-term. He isn't like past coaches and won't need to beg recruits to play here. Everything is going according to plan exactly as he stated day one (notice he didn't mention Storr or Gardner as priorities, only the players who are actually here).

And on the Spanish stations too: Jacob y Meyer. Soriano can translate and get some of the NIL pie too.definitely can get a Jacoby & Meyer law firm NIL
At St. John's they are on Ratemyprofessors.comAren’t there any current students who have any interest in the basketball program contributing to this site? I would think rumors are rampant regarding the future of the team on campus and would love to hear that scuttle butt.
Who gives a sh#t about this? Basketball here, not politics. At St. John's they are on Ratemyprofessors.com
