Redmen.com Gathering-November 8th-Wisconsin game??

Update - I heard back from SJU & they are not having an official viewing party. Stout was suggested (alums get 10% off their bill) but when I spoke to Stout they could not guarantee that they will show the game until Friday. I'm not kidding, I'm sure they will show it but as of today, it's a "possibility".

That being said, Legends (see link below) is willing to show the game for us & give us our own section (right now they have an area for up to 10 people but they can add or subtract based on who really plans on coming). They were super friendly and very accommodating. I am fine going to either one (they are not too far apart) but my preference is Legends. They are an official LSU bar but happily support all NYC teams. If anyone is up for this lets get an official rolecall going. If more people prefer Stout I will go with the majority and cancel with Legends.

Wish I could make it but won't be in city tomorrow. Very disappointing that Stout won't commit to showing the game, especially in light of the fact that the school just sent out an email regarding post game gatherings at Stout, calling Stout "our sponsor"
 
I'm going to try to make it. Depends if I can get out of work early enough to make a train into the city.

I like the Sly Fox but they really should get some better tv's

Love the Sly Fox but the thought of a bunch of redmen.com guys dancing there at 10pm is scary. Maybe import some strippers for the dancing part
 
Unfortunately I will be unable to make it tomorrow. My friend that I'm watching the game with doesn't get out of work until 6:15 in westchester. We'll be watching the game at Bob Hyland's Sports Page in White Plains if anyone is in the area.

Definitely agree with you about the TV's. Would go to Sly Fox more often if the TV's were a bit larger. Also if the crowd was a bit younger too. lol
