If we go with what we are likely to have next season, 90% of the minutes will go to 4 players with zero college experience, 1 with half a season, and one with 3/4 of a season.There will be no junior or senior player in a leadership position. The conference's best teams all have upperclassmen leadership and some other senior and juniors taking up more than half of the minutes.
Our team will be young and lacking in strength. However, if Freud signs, then we could be a very good shooting team. Following the formula that works in college basketball, we will be at least 1 year away from a NCAA invite. That's without injuries or other surprises, and assuming the expected recruits adjust to the college game quickly. Look at the rosters of the top 5 Big East teams, and see who gets the minutes. It's not easy going from last in the conference to mid pack, even adding 2 or 3 4 star recruits.
