Whether we like it or not, we have a very short turn around before this game. Many PC fans felt similar to their team the way we did about ours at the start of the season. Despite their personnel losses, they will come in sensing "blood in the water", so we need to get over the DePaul game and get ready. The season may or may not be salvageable, that's another debate, we need to win this game, period.

Providence beat G'town, albeit at home. They will not be a walk over.. They have some players too. Cotton, Batts, who will handle him inside? Jasulonis? :)

Will be interesting to see how this game goes. Another loss will certainly be a demoralizing defeat and another blow to a program on the ropes to complete irrelevancy.

Hope coaching staff can help this bunch of underperformers.

When a coach has some talent and upper classmen and the program loses it's a pretty poor reflection on the coach. Facts...

Hard to do, but at this stage let's just take it game by game. No arguing the fact that this season has been a disaster so far. Both the players and coaches have shown an inability to perform at this level. But there is still a lot of basketball to play and at the very least maybe we can get a few exciting moments out of it.

Doubt Lavin is going anywhere after the season so let's just support him and hope he can get it together. We don't have any other option at this point.

stick to Cotton like glue, throw 2 guys at him if you have to and don't get over the limit in 5 minutes and we should cover. And If Sampson and Pointer play with some semblance of basketball intelligence we win by 20+

I'm nervous about tonight's game. But I'll be there and root for the best!

I know these probables have meant little if anything this year (see Georgetown game), but can we really continue to run this lineup out there with a straight face? This has been our most used lineup and it isn't getting us where we need to be, which is a problem only because of the simple fact that we have better lineups at our disposal.

I'd say be open to anything, since we've shown up in varying degrees and lengths in recent games. I'm thinking we will win this game. If not virtually all hopes for 11 wins would be gone. The season isn't destroyed yet, but they are standing on the edge of a cliff. Good players respond. let's see what they do.

Who is going tonight?

Curious, who has tickets but is bailing?

Gameday!!
