My only fear about this game is Cooley severly out coaches Lav...
Not mine.
Lavin needs some tweaking to his X's and O's, but he does has some, very serviceable coaches on the bench in Whitesell and Keady (although, Keady can't help on gamedays). But some of this X's and O's stuff, when it comes to Lavin, tends to be overplayed. Let's not crown Cooley as being some type of marvel when it comes to X's and O's, either.
Actually Cooley, a great recruiter, is not a very good in game coach. I see no edge there either way. Cotton will play his 40 or so minutes and get his points. Getting Batts off the floor is important, because they lose a lot of points when CD subs for him. Henton is a wild card, either very hot or disappears. Hopefully Tyler Harris has one of his high turnover games like our last win at PC. Like our chances a lot in tight one.
Let me first state that I like Jordan he will be a very good college player and has next level skills which need to be developed. But I said earlier that with his skills he needs to carry a team thru games Like Garrett did. If he can put some great games together and help us win the BET scouts will truly notice and his stock rises but if just plays ok it will be disappointing
This is a joke, right?
