They're going to have the best player on the court but this is a very winnable game for us. The only bummer is our press doesn't look great at a time where Hall seems especially susceptible to it. If we had Dunn and were locked in defensively I'd feel confident but right now this feels 50/50. Let's hope the Rider game lights a fire and our guys show up with something to prove.

Yes apparently
Mamu I think is going to be a matchup nightmare for us. I hope he does not make the difference in the outcome. Go Johnnies!
Really can't see Moore handling Mamu ,especially down low. CMA probably won't change his starting lineup. Earlington a quick sub Friday.

Re Aiken, Zach says Willard said on Tuesday earliest was Providence on the 20th

I'd go hockey goon strategy: Put Caraher on him to start and tell DC to hammer him hard. DC is smart enough to not get caught every time, so maybe Sandro takes eight hard shots before DC fouls out.

I'll go the other way...play Mamu straight up and if he gets 25-30 but we keep everyone else below 10 we will win by double digits.

Mike Anderson said expect to see a variety of defenders against Seton Hall star Sandro Mamukelashvili. Would expect a lot of Julian Champagnie and Marcellus Earlington against him. #sjubb #shbb

Yup. The lineup w/ champy and earlington at the 4/5 is going to be huge for us tom.

The Duke is going to put the clamps on manu.

St. John's opens as a whopping 9.5-point underdog at Seton Hall tomorrow. Shocked it's that high. #shbb #sjubb

Influx of SJ side $ will reduce that I assume.

think the 7'2 guy on SH is a bit more worrisome... not sure how we handle him. hope we see more of Roberts- but something tells me Toro will get a chance to prove his worth tomorrow

Since Seton Hall hasn’t been that impressive, their backcourt man is out and home court means less than ever because of the virus it certainly appears the oddsmakers think very little of SJU.

SJU Press release

F-em.

I don’t understand this line. Apparently the oddsmakers didn’t watch SH vs unranked Oregon last week. They were awful. And I know we were awful against Rider. This game could go either way, reflecting the still early days of the ups and downs of this bizarre season.
He has had enough time to prove unfortunately, think he is not in our top 5 ,more like 7-8 option
Whaaat?
