Unfortunately I can't grant that wish at this time either.  This season is turning into a shit show for all involved.

Just took Pitt +14 for $500..... hopefully we still can win the game, this  sucks.....
this covid thing has my head spinning so much I might just stop placing sports investments while I'm still ahead

That is bad news for sure. If true, may give Coburn a chance to show his shooting touch as we'll need someone to hit some threes.

Ugh. What a bummer. That’s a big, healthy chunk of the offense missing. Hopefully Smith or Coburn can step up today. I’d maybe play Pinzon a lot too since outside of Posh and Champagnie not many guys can create their own shot and Pinzon seems to be able to generate opportunities for others.

Stepping up the defense seems more likely to pay off than counting on inconsistent shooters though so hopefully Posh and Mathis can make it an uncomfortable game for their guards. Just get out of there with a win.

Good bet. Line down to 11 now. Only 3 point swing. Thought it would have been closer to 6. Staying away unless I tease SJU getting an extra 4.

I think I'm staying home.    Too many vaccinated people getting sick.   I wanted to check on the position of NYC regarding 3 vaccinations.  They don't comment, but:Do COVID-19 vaccines work against “https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/variants/variant-info.html#Concern]variants of concern” of the virus, including the Delta variant? All COVID-19 vaccines authorized for emergency use in the United States have proven extremely effective at preventing serious illness, hospitalization, and death from COVID-19, including against the Delta variant. The effectiveness of the FDA-approved vaccines remains strong even against newer strains, including against https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/variants/variant-info.html#Interest]variants of concern such as the Delta variant. People who are unvaccinated have the greatest risk of becoming seriously ill, which is why the New York State Department of Health urges all eligible New Yorkers to get vaccinated as soon as they are able.

I guess this is why they are changing what fully vaccinated means.   The truth is, no one really knows, and the "experts" are akin to predicting a game after it happens.

I assume most of done the math already but Champ won't be back for Butler.  While this is obviously a problem, personally i'm more concerned with the entire season imploding at the moment.

Regarding the offense without Chanp, look for a lot of Wusu attacking the basket, hopefully some strong shooting from Stef Smith and an extra sprinkle of Pinzon.

This could be a blessing in disguise.   It might accelerate the development and confidence of the other players on the team if they don't have to run the offense through Champ on every possession.

I hear the "this could be a blessing in disguise" crowd, makes sense - but again, he's definitely out for Butler as well, i'm having more trouble spinning that as a good thing
