Not that I'm an expert on ethics or anything, like some of you guys, but it sounds to me like Wright's behavior is, at the very least, borderline unethical. Thank god we never hired him as our coach.

its gamesmanship.
It's sarcasm. I wasn't being serious. I woulda hired Bernie Madoff if he knew how to coach.
I know, just threw that in as I know someone who doesn’t post here but really flew off the handle about Nova’s stalling tactics which I thought was brilliant.

Gillespie out for the year
As I said elsewhere, I wouldn’t mind him missing our game but I had hoped it wasn’t serious. I know injuries are part of the game, but they still suck especially if it happens in your last year and you can’t finish your season.

I don’t understand this post.  Gillespie is not out for the year, he’s a game time decision according to Wright.

As much as I don’t like Gillespie, I never want to see a player end their college career that way.
Have seen nothing official? At about this time last year he was declared out for season, confusion?
This article is saying his is done for the year

https://abc7.com/sports/college-basketball-power-rankings-auburn-gonzaga-dominance-contin/11543800/
I read the article wrong also :)

A couple buddies and myself all read the abc article earlier that gman kindly  had referenced in the link afterwards wrong

Need some serious Oral Roberts healing power for Posh’s ankle.

Oral Roberts "healing power" didn't work for Mel Davis
I don't want him anywhere near Posh  (LMAO)

There is no chance Gillespie plays.  I watched the replay and his injure was severe.  Moore not practicing yesterday is huge.  He missed the last game so even if he plays tonight, he is going to be very rusty.

We got a gift fellas.  This is a must win now.  I think we are going to win this game and get a Q1 win.

i might not be able to use my two tickets in section 109, but won't know until later.  PM if interested.

Would really love to see some even minimal improvement tonight with the weak side defensive rebounding.  Seems the opponent always has 6-8 free points on put backs from the weak side because the SJU player down low is not even aware of the opponent sneaking in behind him, much less actually puts a body on him.  Some of the rotational guards seem to be most guilty of this once they have dropped down near the basket when the ball is out on the opposite perimeter.  There is very little awareness - very frustrating.

Looking for 1 ticket for tonight in section 108 row 14-15.  There are 4 tickets for sale in row 14 but can only buy 2x.  Anyone have some extras willing to sell?

Dating back to 2017-18 season, we are 11-13 at MSG. This includes the BET. We are just not good there
We also play the higher end teams in the conference there, the stat isn't exactly transparent, but we certainly fair better in queens

Yes. of course. We play the higher profile games at the garden but we certainly don't rise to the occasion.

Considering the level of competition we play in the garden i was surprised we did as well as 11-13, no?

Actually we are 12-13. 4 of those wins against the likes of Iona, Princeton, and Depaul (2x). And then 2 more wins over Georgetown in opening round of Big east tourney. MSG is our home away from home, but we don't have the success there we should. Those losses by an average of 10.6pts. We just don't have the cadence of playing or practicing there to get really comfortable.
