I am calling it now.  If St johns wins this game, they are going to go on a run and sneak into the NCAA tourney.  If they lose this game, its NIT or worse.

That is how important I think this game is.  Players will be rested and in the friendly confines of Carnesseca.  Its a must win.

I just hope our fan base refrains from using terms like “hayseeds” or “flyover state” or “country bumpkins” or “cousin lovers” during the game or in the days leading up to it.

I said in another thread prior to the xavier game that if we kept a full team we would finish 6-0. 2 down. 4 to go.  Stay healthy guys.

I am out of the predicting business especially with this team.  Everytime I think I have them figured out they flip me.

Just watching and rooting.  That's it.

But these have been arguably their two best played games back to back.  

And they owe Creighton a beatdown after what happened last month in Omaha.

Agree. There is no need to insult those hayseed, country bumpkin, cousin loving Creighton Bluejays. They can't help it if they are a flyover state.

Can call them "fly over" as McDermott can't recruit locally-only 1 Omaha kid.  He has had to "fly all over" to recruit players.

It’s rare, steaks are this high.
Hopefully for SJU the game is more than just sizzle and they do not butcher it.
