NJIT PF Abdul Lewis was on Seton Hall’s campus today. A grad transfer candidate, Lewis was a high school teammate of Ismael Sanogo at Newark East Side

Damn, not another Delgado I hope. And praying we’re working ‘the circuit’ hard.

Great frame. Decent shooter, solid rebounder. Not sure how much transfers to our level—but that’s always the big question. Hope we have ‘answers’.

I like Ryan Luther. Just what we need. If we can get him then all we need is a backup for Keita and we're set

We need more than a "backup" for an unproven big that barely saw the court at South Carolina. We need a big with a high BB IQ that can operate in the post. Think Kerem Kanter or Marin Maric. A guy who can presumably start or at least split time with Keita. And if Tariq is gone they may be on the court together.

Totally unrelated to this thread, but do we have any time table for the Jordan Brown decision. Still leaning in Cal direction. If Zags continue to impress in tourney that might be prediction.

Agree, REB. Hoping he turns out to be a solid contributor, but based on his year at South Carolina, we can't expect much from him until he proves otherwise.

Such a pleasure to watch a big like Kanter operate in the post with great footwork and good hands. Watching real basketball instead of some freak track meet. When's the last time we saw that at St John's? Instead we watch great athletes who can run and jump through the roof but who have no idea how to achieve the only real objective in the game, to get the ball in the hoop. Please please please get us one low post guy who knows how to play the game!!!!

They've made 20 straight NCAA tournaments and are 563-124 over that time going into the next game. If Brown isn't impressed by that already, I'm not sure what will do it for him.

Enes Kanter's brother is a good player but I would prefer one the two beasts on Texas A&M.

Fordham’s Joseph Chartouny has received his release and is looking to transfer for his final season, sources told ESPN. Grad transfer, A-10 ROY who averaged in double-figures all three seasons at Fordham.

Maybe redmannorth can chime in here with whether there would be interest from either him or us.

We have none, not recruiting grad transfer guards
