POST-GAME) St. Francis (Bklyn), Wed. Dec. 19, 6:30p, FS-1 / 570 WMCA

Clark - 12 pts (on 5 shots), 7 rebs., 4 assists and 4 blocks; pretty damn efficient game!

This game was everything it needed to be on so many levels. Confidence for Williams and what a stat line for earlington in last couple minutes. Nice to see him and Roberts score.

This was a 7-4 St. Francis team ranked in the top 200 that would have beaten plenty of our teams over the last 15 year.

It was complete child's play. We beat every team we are supposed to and teams like this are automatic. That's new here.

Our freshmen don't play because they don't have to. That's a very good thing.

I Really hope Roberts and Williams are enjoying their time and are committed to earning their minutes as they get older. Lot of potential in the both of them.

Agree. Roberts has NBA physical attributes. As I said on the other thread, that is only one piece to the puzzle, though. I'm sure he doesn't have a clue on defense yet and he needs some weight and skill development, but he could be a BEAST in 2 years.

Encouraging overall. Much better intensity. I loved rotating the young guys in more as it showed our depth and allowed everybody to get more effective rotation in and out.

Spacing was better too as was our constantly driving to the basket instead of settling for threes. We needed to see a game like this from our guys.

Nice to see Earlington hit a three. Love Roberts athleticism as well. All in all a very good night. Just need to get Keita back and have Heron not be so worried about his stat line

Finally got to see the bench with the walk ons getting their likely only minutes of the season.
The only negative was the horrendous foul shooting. Feel for Mustapha who is playing tight. I have no doubt we'll see the real Heron soon. Best game of the season for Clark in an all around game. One more game before reality sets in with not one cupcake left on the schedule.

Earlington had 7 points and 5 boards in less then 2 minutes of action. Including, the oddest offensive rebound putback you will ever see (or not see, in my case. Since everyone stopped, I started questioning why the refs had called it a shooting foul, so the St. Francis guys through me off - thankfully, Earlington was awake).

Don't forget about Justin Cole with a basket, too.

Unfortunately, Brandon Lawrence went 0-2 from the line (first one was halfway down, too).

Nice win!!!!! Defense for the most part was very solid. SF lacked real any inside game so we never had to really defend the post that aggressively. Nice confidence game for Williams. Certainly showed his athletic ability. Only downside was Heron struggling, early foul trouble, missed some shots close to the hoop. Never effected his effort throughout the game. Hopefully, we can get the win agains Sacred Heart and Heron can have a solid offensive performance. Defense continues to improve fouling a lot less and few if nay stupid fouls.

That Earlington 3 was all up in WASJU's grill.

Looked at the stats and when I saw Earlingtons numbers, I couldn’t believe it. Perhaps I misjudged him.

That has been my thought all along.Nice to be in the top 25. But it will all be determined on how we finish!!! Just win the game in front of you. Love the approach.

This was our fourth straight win by 10+, and seventh overall. Really helping out the NET!

Went to the line for 1 and 1. 4 St. Francis guys in the lane, nobody for St. John's. He missed the front end, everybody just plain stopped (literally nobody went for the ball), so Earlington just let the rebound come to him, then went up, and laid it in.
