Posh is going to have to look to his shot a bit more. He is actually a capable shooter and has to keep people honest.

So glad I wasn’t able to get my bet in. Very disappointed by this showing today.

Hard to win going 4 for 21 from 3 (19%) and only getting 10 trips to the FT line. The Hall had 28 FT's, Molson 9 for 12. No one could stop Mamu... Just not a good match up. Need to pull out a W vs the Hoyas.

We really just needed a stronger first half imho. Need to impose from the beginning, not just to catch up. We got better in the half court but our shooting was atrocious and it’s not like they were bad shots. Need to convert more and recruit guys that are more capable scorers all around.

I’d also add that seton hall would be nothing without Mamu. He gave us fits from everywhere. I was wrong, they did have another Powell, except this kid is 6’11 and an NBA’er for sure.

Invest in Cole. can score and actually passed well, drove a few times. We don’t have ton of O options.

There’s a lot of work to be done with this team. There have been some very good individual performances, but teamwork is lacking.

Couldn't dictate the pace of the game, couldn't get enough turnovers, couldn't make enough timely shots, were one play away from changing the game multiple times and could never quite make that play ... and had no answer for size, especially early in the game. And yet they were still right there, just never got over the hump.

Going to be growing pains with this team - you could see the difference between Dunn's experience and Posh's inexperience today. But I think by the end of the season they will be trouble for a lot of teams.

Would have been nice to have that additional mobile center today.

Agree. I thought they needed to get more scoring from range on the floor, spread out him, Champagnie and Williams. If they had shot better from distance it would have made a huge difference.

Suddenly using that last scholarship to pick up another guy to help on the interior doesn't seem like such a bad idea. We are really getting almost no production out of our front court (outside of Champagnie I guess)

Roberts/Moore/Toro/Earlington: 1-6, 9 rebounds, 3 blocks. That's combined for those 4 dudes. They had 3 points and 8 fouls. I mean if you're bringing THAT to the table and then on TOP of that your interior defense looks the way it did today then what was your value to this team? You're almost better off going to a small lineup with Wusu and Champagnie as the bigs and trying to kill them with speed. I mean, Wusu had an off night offensively but at least he was busting his ass on defense and kept looking for his teammates on offense. That's just effort and keeping your head in the game when some of your finer basketball skills have left you for the night which happens. Give that guy all their minutes I don't care if he clangs a couple of threes at least he's still doing the lunchpail stuff.

Our guards...They still need to stop penetration, too many missed layups, It's obvious that Anderson wants Posh to be the conductor but he needs to assert himself offensively at the start of the game or he's less effective the rest of the way. Look at the BC game. Good to have Dunn back. We had issues but at least the backcourt always shows up. That front court should be a little embarrassed. Show some pride, fellas.

Credit to Mamu on a really good game.

Needs to take a lot more shots

Mamu is a much improved player, but we made him look like Luka Doncic.
Too bad we didn't make someone else beat us.

Mamu showed why staying for his senior year is going to pay huge dividends come draft day. Julian is only a soph, if he stays for the full 4 yrs I can see him developing into the same style multi-threat player.

My Bad , I incorrectly said Posh had Zero points , he had 6 but , no Assists . Wusu seems able to find his teammates for scores . Think he had 6-7 Assists but , didn’t shoot well tonight . He’s going to be a very good player .

What is this obsession some have with roberts? He misses bunnies, leaves him man to whiff on blocks. Just because he is bouncy doesn't mean anything. Our best line up was a really small line up tonight.
