(POST GAME) (@MSG) Pittsburgh, Sat., Dec. 18, 12 Noon, FS-1

Think were up 5 and took Posh out after a TO
Anderson has no feel for game flow. Everything aside game turned there.

Nightmare loss.  That’s our post-season hopes squashed.  Will end up needing to win the BET to get in.

Smith at crunch committed two bad fouls w Pitt in bonus leading to four points and taking lead. In addition to horrible foul shooting, SJ committed a ton of ill  timed fouls and Pitt took advantage. Long year awaits imo

Players need to take a good, long look in the mirror and decide what they want to get out of this team and this season.
Another post where you only blame the players and let Anderson off the hook.

The coach is a bigger problem than the players.

Awful performance all around. Terrible loss. Just can’t lose that game if you’re serious about being a winning program. Should have won by 10+ without Champagnie. Embarrassing.

Off jump ball to us he handed the ball to Pitt

Realize you're never as good as you look on your best day or as bad as you look on your worst, but CMA's coaching today was one of the worst performances I've seen recently.

This is what happens when the coach lets the whole team transfer and has 9 new players this was set up last March and we see the results today, zero continuity.......

This was a tough loss but it’s whatever. Onward to the next opponent

Sounds like what Anderson's post game comment will be.

No hunger.

I have nothing positive to say and that's the most positive post I can make about this game.

The problem going forward is, the Big East games that you can see as possible wins, like Thursday, might be even tougher for us, because those teams see us as wins, and will go all out.  We may actually look better against, some of the better teams, that will take us lightly.

And here, a month or two ago, I was in my glory.  I thought my Redmen, my Bills and my Islanders had big seasons ahead and were finally going to see some success.  Pretty sure I’m not meant to witness any winning in my lifetime.

Was Anderson perfect today? Not at all.   But last time I checked, Anderson wasn't the one who shot 50% from the free throw line.  Anderson wasn't the one committing fouls 50 feet away from the basket.   Anderson isn't the one that makes the same type of turnovers game after game. Anderson isn't the one that has started games with 0 to no intensity or excitement, which unfortunately, has been a common theme this season.

And when the game is on the line, and you need one defensive stop to get to OT, and you can't do it. Yea, that is on the players.

So yea, while Anderson has his flaws, this absolutely goes more on the players than in does on coaching

I normally try and keep things from not being like a raving maniac but this was flat out disgraceful

Another season where we are left with this type of outlook.  How many years is this now.

Learned basic basketball at 10 years old. With 8 seconds on the clock or on any fast break STOP THE BALL! Don't let him dribble unimpeded the whole length of the court! Took the shot with 1 second on the clock. If you take him out of his stride this game goes to overtime.
