Champagnie and Williams certainly playing like the future! Great stuff! I also think it’s wonderful that Mike Anderson kept his zero losing season streak alive. It’s a big thing for him and a rare stay. We aren’t done playing yet and are playing decent ball now. Let’s take it to Georgetown at our home and keep winning.

Williams, Earlington and Champagnie have all improved dramatically. Gotta give staff credit for that. Dunn must still be under the weather.

If we lost to Gtown and then in the NIT wouldn't he finish 16-17? Let's get a W against Gtown and make it a sure .500 season
Obviously happy we won, but hard to be happy. I feel like we lost.
Um it’s very easy to be happy. We have lost a bunch of close games at MSG, and although our play and free throw shooting was flawed down the stretch, we won one. Happy for the kids

Did LJ play in a one arm league last summer? Enough of the single wing floaters please

Theoretically we could lose to Gtown and still make the NIT. Streak not 100 percent safe yet.

No so fast my friend. A first round BET loss followed by a post season first round T loss and bye bye streak. Hopefully we at least beat G'town and then win some NIT games

One thing many are forgetting, NIT won’t be eager to throw out an invite to St. John’s after they spat in the face of the tournament last time they were in it

Gut check win! Short bench not withstanding.

As i said, I’m happy we won. But we did everything we could to lose the game. It’s been a reoccurring theme throughout the year and it’s not just because of a lack of talent. Difficult to feel good about that.

and one armed lay ups. If they remake the Fugitive we know who will get the lead roll and make up won't have much work to do.

I assume you’re referring to our game against Robert Morris under Lavin. That was eons ago. The school also has a proud history of winning the tournament numerous times (I believe the Hatte team’s win was vacated). I don’t think the NIT selection committee is holding a grudge.

Team played with so much energy today and stepped up big time.

Very happy for CMA having another winning season.

We win this game by 10+ if we hit free throws

What an exciting game. I was on the edge of my seat for the final 10 minutes.

So, Anderson's no losing seasons record is secured?
I had my doubts, but these last two conference wins were awesome.
