(POST GAME) Brown, Tue. Dec. 10, 7p, FS-1, 970 WNYW
Actually, Zach's take is much more encouraging:

"Mustapha Heron has a sprained right ankle and is being listed day-to-day by the school. Sounds like St John's got very lucky here". #sjubb[/quote

We'll need the good Heron. If we want to beat Arizona.

The improvement in the foul shooting is so mind boggling I wonder if anything out of the ordinary was done by the team.

Don’t think we were as bad as before these last two or as good as we’ve been in these last 2. Big positive is the 3 guys who will be at the line the most (Dunn, Heron, LJ) I have a lot of confidence in.

I don't like the lack of information on Heron's injury. An x ray should have been done last night. If it was clean, wouldn't the university release that information? Whatever happens, I feel so bad for Heron, and for his teammates that really respect him as the team leader.
I know, right? I can't believe that Heron and the University didn't immediately rush to get all the necessary tests done ASAP so that the fans and social media can finally have some answers? Pretty asinine by Heron and the staff if you ask me!
There is another way to read my post, which is the way I intended it to be understood. So I will rewrite it for those who prefer to knock the comments of a fellow fan and poster through sarcasm without considering that their interpretation may be incorrect.
" I have noticed, over the years, that good news regarding injured athletes on televised events is released quickly. The lack of any news last night on Mustapha, assuming he had an x ray, makes me concerned that his injury may be a serious one that requires a detailed exam before the university is comfortable releasing any information."

Might take until January but still better than alternative
Prediction. No matter what the injury, Caraher moves into starting lineup and averages 12 per game in Heron absence
glad you aren't dead :)
No was just hanging out with Jim Morrison, Elvis and that guy from Eddie and the Cruisers
