Whew. Welcome back Champagnie, he was certainly the presence we needed, great game for him. Lot to like, some things to be nervous about, but they are young and very entertaining. This will be a fascinating season. 3-0 start, on to BYU.
 
Great win. Will take it any way we can get it.

Real happy for Mcgriff. Played some solid minutes for us tonight when we needed him.

Wonder what happened to Roberts. He started and played a few solid minutes and then never came back in.

Cole and coach need to have a sit down. Cole did not appreciate being grabbed and yelled at by coach.
 
The better team won. We were playing so smooth and so efficiently. Then we just simply panicked in the last 5 minutes or so. For BC to have a chance at that point we needed to basically f up every play and we nearly did just that. But we got the W. Kudos to CMA getting these guys looking the best they ever have with lots of new parts under his regime. Posh is a monster. Champ not only picked up where he left off...he's better. Williams had more confidence today and did lots of little things. Moore and Cole are just starting to look more comfortable. Just need to learn to put games away and inbound late. Great win that shows we aren't just capable of beating cupcakes.
 
Again, that game shouldn’t even have been close but Mike A went with that questionable lineup 6-7 minutes into the second half. Gave BC momentum and it was hard for our young team to grab it back.

Posh got a little overwhelmed down the stretch there. A good teaching moment for our young guys. It’s a lot easier to stomach a “teaching moment” when We hold on.

A lot to like from us that game though.

Hopefully, just heat of the moment. However, the Coach is the Coach and that was not a good look. Wonder if anyone asks at the postgame. My guess is it is addressed privately.
 
You can see that if this team improves as the season goes on like last years team this team can definitely be an NCAA Tournament team.
 
Roberts looked like he was hurt the last time he came out of the game. Looked like he was holding his shoulder
 
CMA should point out to Posh that points were at such a premium late, every single one was huge. That's exactly why you don't try to windmill dunk it up 10 with plenty of time left. Also missed 2 easy layups late back to back then just totally fell apart. BC started to believe. Need to work on that big time in practice. But man, we finally have a real PG. He can shoot, he can pass, he can drive. And he plays relentless defense. So happy for Champ too coming back looking great. That rarely happens for us off injuries.

Oh no. Hope its not a re-injury from last year.
 
Love this team even if they show signs of being the cardiac kids. I think by the end of the year Champ & Greg Williams are going to be crunch time leadership guys.
 
Contributions across the board. Liked Toro’s presence and loved the game Wusu played. I know it’s early but he’s impacting games like Sir Dom did. Adding a Dunn will really help. Greg Williams was everywhere!!
 
Thank God we held on, tons to work on, but a win is a win with plenty of bright spots.
 
Dare I say the comeback was spurred by a poor lineup by Iron Mike. We pulled it out but was a mis-step there. I get it, guys are in foils trouble etc, but needed to back to our special sauce earlier. Made some mistakes down the stretch, but when we ar won and playing well, we are hard to stop. Also remember, Dunn is out and we fouled out 3 starters. It’s part of the reason it was even close.

3-0 baby.
