Since thread has seemed to deviate from the topic, figured it was a good a place as any to ask- The Madison pass (?) that is provided to Red/White club members, what does it entail at MSG? Says it is open prior to the game, halftime and afterwards. I was given access at the HC game earlier this year at Carnesseca, does it offer the same amentities? Food and drink? Thanks

I may be the only person that actually owns that movie.
i own it as well. peter boyle was great in what has to be one of the best movie depicting that era.
Ms. Sarandon was a baby then. Then again, so were we.

Coach Keady aaid "hoping" but praying was more like it. It is one of the risks with foreign players.....making sure every document is available but I suspect we have a red dot next our recruits in the NCAA eligibilty office.

Lavin seemingly does not like to visit cold climates for recruiting so I do not think we have been looking north like Gonzaga does or Lithuania or wherever. L.A., S.F., New Orleans, Houston is more like it. Altough Tony has been spending a lot of time in a place that could be considered a foreign country to some people,....New Jersey! LOL!
For argument sake, if he is cleared does Lavin have a decision to save him for this year or next year? If it isn't an age issue, will he be able to play next year? I would love seeing this year's team become more competitive but, if you could save him, wouldn't it make sense to (If they don't get Lawrence, D'Lo leaves, or any other combination of things happen).
I know he will probably never get cleared, but just thinking hypothetically.

I think it's Article 57 Section D Paragraph R that states that "... no NCAA athlete shall be permitted to collect Social Security at the same time that (s)he is eligible to play a Division I sport"
By the way, we are about to hit Page 100 of this thread

Several people on this board have suggested that, due to his age, if he doesnt play for us this year, he probably never will

i spoke tonight with orlando's coach at monroe, jim brustad. he told me orlando worked out at monroe monday...and told coach he was told he'd learn one way or another by wednesday. we've all been through this before, so we'll see.
