Poor habit I noticed against smaller teams we seem to try and block shots instead of moving their feet..
 
We need to keep their point guard out of the paint. White chocolate is shredding us
 
Once SF stops making 3's at a 60% clip, this game takes a different turn. This is the typical game we've had all year. Come out flat, get hammered from 3, shots don't fall, down by 5-10 at half and come roaring back in 2nd. Let's hope it happens again.
 
Defensive effort not there... giving the Dons too many open looks. Sometimes seems like they have an extra man out there.
 
We're gonna have to press after every made basket. We can't allow them to set up in their offense, as they are shredding us.

Our defense stinks way too many wide open looks. Garrett just left a shooter wide open then made a half effort to get out on him easy three. Down 36-27.

Ha! i thought it was our zone that was killing us... which is it?
 
We are playing terrible shot defense, but is it just me or does every out of bounds ball that is borderline go to SF? Think I saw a missed goaltending there too.

Tougher to do on the road.
 
We switch on every single pick and the Obekpa is stuck guarding a small guard up high. Leaves a man downlow for an easy bucket.

This will not work in Big East play. We're going to get torched if they don't adjust from that.
 
Phil Greene is killing us tonight on D...He is getting beat off the dribble ever time down court and the defense is breaking down as a result...

Thankfully, USF is very average (probably least athletic team we've played) otherwise we would be down more...Need to start closing out quicker...

Road game in a small gym. Don't count on it.
