Exactly which is very important to young men.
My 18 year old son plays on two teams, school and AAU.
The school coach is often absent for a variety of reasons and does not always run practice.
The AAU coach is fully present and fully engaged and believe me he has their complete respect and attention at all times.
Young men thrive on discipline as they are aware what a committed coach can do for them and these young men have but 1 goal and that is to play at the highest level possible.
I don't have to tell you which team is the far more successful team of the two.
