Obekpa Suspended

My initial reaction: Is this a joke? WTF!?!
My secondary reaction: Typical!

Not to stray off-topic, but I have stayed out of the Lavin-or-Leavin' debate, my attitude being wait until the season ends. I do not see how President Gempesaw keeps Coach after this latest disgrace. I didn't event expect to win our opening game the way we've been playing, but this violent torpedo of truth pretty much sinks the S.S. 2014-15 Redmen.

Feel free to hammer my karma into oblivion, if nothing else it will match the team's.

He is still responsible for a roster of kids that can't get on the court or stay on the court. I have been fairly neutral but this pushed me over the edge.
 
And honestly is St Johns stupid enough to announce it today ? they couldn't make a damn decision tomorrow ?

- that's all from Katz, take it however you will. My guess is SL had no choice. It woulve been worse to announce tomorrow or let him play and then be penalized for it. So to me that means academics or drugs.

I'm canceling my season tickets after this debacle unless there are significant changes. What a total disgrace! Season ruined again!
 
I'm just glad the oral surgeon gave me hydrocodone for the pain from my wisdom tooth removal. I'm due to take the next one at 4pm so maybe this will get me less pissed for the next couple of hours because I just kicked my coach and think I might have broken a toe
 
So rat face can play an alleged rapist for 1.5 years before giving him the boot and Lav decided to suspend obekpa 4 hours before selection sunday for what? Seriously what the fu(& is wrong with this program

I was pissed off after that blowout against Nova. I was pissed off after that no show against Providence. I thought today, I'd be able to enjoy hearing my school going to the NCAAs. But instead, I'm pissed off yet one more time!

It will depend on what comes out as to why this happened; if it ever does come out.
