Next season

If Lavin gets a few other good recruits and gets our two starters to stay we will be a bubble team next year.

Not even close.
We're a bubble team now and look at who graduates.
Next year is a rebuild.

I think with our SOS next year we will have a shot. Maui, Syracuse, duke, gavitt challenge. We will have one of the best SOS in the country. If we can win some games we have a shot

I agree Jack. If Obepka and Jordan stay and we get Diallo, them along with Amar and Sampson plus a few other quality recruits and we can make the tournament.

Anyone know what ADR's weight is now?

It is about the same as Stainbook's

I think ADR is much heavier.

Don't know if it's accurate but, according to their roster weights, he is 50 lbs heavier.

Stainbrook in his freshman year was 340 pounds. He worked hard and now plays at about 275. Adonis is well over 300 pounds & has not adopted Stainbrook approach to date. In my opinion, Adonis could be an effective player in BE in Stainbrook mode, but has a "ton" of work to do. Will he? Hope so.

I hate to admit this about anyone, but I do question his work ethic.

At the DePaul game, before the game, while both teams were warming up with their layups, I couldn't help but seeing ADR walking around the midcourt area with headphones on listening to music from some kind of device. He was walking around aimlessly, singing and occasionally high-fiving one of our guys as they were warming up. I couldn't help but think first of all, how inappropriate it was and second, what does that say about ADR's work ethic.

I agree he has a ton of work to do. But I doubt if he will do it. I hope he proves me wrong.

What exactly is he supposed to be doing?

Funny, I noticed this too. Then, I compared him to Jay Henderson who was participating in shoot-around and lay-up drills. Jay looks like he would give his right arm to get out there.

Of course, ADR could be hurt or prohibited from working with the team......we really don't know.

Maybe he was listening to our pregame game plan from last year's NIT game
