Looks sharp! My next wish: that we get our own floor at MSG so the national TV games don't look like we're borrowing the Knicks' home. (Hate seeing the Red Storm on that blue/orange backdrop.)

looks awesome, they are really embracing and running with being New York's team, and I love it

Recall that when the StJ's men's teams were called the "Redmen", its women's teams were called the "Express" with the subway car as its logo.

The Harrington's Administration should have merely changed the men to the Express and embraced the NYC brand.

We had a stencil drawing (?) for one MSG game last year (forget which game) - think it was the Thunderbird or whatever we call our mascot now...

Actually now i completely forget what the court symbol was- but i know there was something at midcourt lol

I could have lived with that. Pretty much anything is better than the Red Storm

It was my understanding that, when the committee was formed to come up with the new nickname, they were charged to incorporate the word "red" into it. Supposedly, the reasoning behind this was to pay homage to the red uniforms that our teams wore back in the day.

Figure I am in the minority here, but I don't love the skyline. Never liked it on DePaul's floor either. Feel like it takes away from an otherwise sharp design. Guess I am just a traditionalist.
