(NCAA-WEST/Providence) #15 Omaha, Thu., Mar. 20, 9:45p, CBS

Just got back from my buddies house where we watched the game. It’s been a long wait! 25 freaking years since we’ve been a factor in the ncaa tournament! I’m so happy for the team, the fans, and NY. Another slow start, but we figured it out. Our defense is incredible, I have to say, but let’s try to get off to faster starts! Go Johnnies!

I'm thinking they'll give Providence that exclusive early afternoon doubleheader. Usually, they put the daytime winners first, and the nighttime winners second. So, I'm thinking 2:30 or 2:45 pm, but I could be wrong.

We should know for sure, once the Texas Tech game ends.

Don't think so since the other game in Providence is McNeese/Purdue

You like everyone. Even you wouldn’t call him a beast. His ceiling is almost serviceable.
 
You gotta play who you gotta play, and we had the 25-year monkey on our back but I’m happy not only that we won, and rather convincingly, but that it’s over and now we play in the kind of games these guys seem to thrive in. It’s not house money, not at all, but getting this one done-and-dusted will help us immensely.
