Few people loathe Shrenshrewski more than I do. But this is not a fair comparison. Paterno did something heinous. Screwskenski doesn't do anything that every other college basketball coach doesn't so. What's infuriating is that not only are his transgressions ignored but that he's lauded as an exemplar of what coaches should be. Whereas anyone who knows anything knows that he's as dirty as everyone else.

Your ability to make similar points as me was noted. And your ability to use an avatar of a serial killer who molested boys tells me that you didn't address the substance of my post.

For the last time, I am NOT calling Coach K a criminal. But the media pass he gets is not so crazy to compare to other examples of deification. And going to West Point does NOT in and of itself, make you exemplary. Your avatar had kids, was a father and all around good Chamber of Commerce guy. These are the points I have been making,
