NBA Draft 2025

I know it was always the plan but sometimes plans do change.

More from Zach B.

Derek Malloy, agent for Joson Sanon:

"I think if it was any other school he was committed to, and not St. John's and how special they look next year, I probably would've pressured him to stay in the draft.
Oh c’mon. He would have convinced his 19-year-old client who had zero chance of getting drafted to play in the NBA G League for peanuts instead of returning to college for 10 times’ the pay? I’m always amazed at what these guys come up with.

Sanon was definitely on draft radars even before entering the portal. At the time he entered I checked on of the consensus draft boards I visit and he was in mid to late 40's or early 50's. Don't remember. But he'll still make more at STJ than the likely 2 way contract he could have gotten.

He would have been drafted and had good workouts which was probably moving him up.

What happened to all the posts in this thread fro about 6:30 am sunday until this am. They have aa disappeared. ??????

Not there. Any other suggestions
Dunno. Looks like pages 23-24 of the off-topic thread are posts that were relocated from NBA draft thread. If you know the topic of the posts you're looking for that is probably a good indicator of where they landed. I do not see that anything was deleted or graveyarded.

You are the Golden State Warriors and you are picking in the 2nd Round- if it was only between 2 Johnnies- RJ and Aaron who do you go with? Golden State brought both in for workouts I believe.

Most translatable to NBA in quicker time?

Before the season I would have said Scott. Now it's a toss-up unless the NBA thinks it can fix his 3 point shooting, which it might be able to do. He definitely has more upside as a plug-in role player in quicker time, which was your question. Longer term if I was going to roll the dice on one of them I would probably take RJ, higher ceiling and lower floor, basically.

One included two videos, one was a discussion of the difference in training between young players in Europe and the other featured the UCON women's coach.

Don't think those were ever on this thread. Maybe check the international players thread?
