Mullin Update

I'm glad St. John's is taking its time in naming the only candidate for a job the recipient of that job.
 
The Slice/SJU separation process drags on because lawyers billable hours are at the core. :) On a serious note, it seems apparent that the University's challenging fiscal state warrants getting best agreement possible.

Hopefully when Mitch is promoted, they don't back fill his current slot. Just me, but I think the number of suits on the bench is getting ridiculous everywhere.

There really is no need to backfill if the guy who is a presumably brilliant enough basketball mind to be a special advisor is still sitting next to you in his new role anyway.

Personally I dont care if Mitch isnt out recruiting and hopefully he can be more of an asset for skills development ( although I hope he goes with Mullin on some kids home meetings to try and close deals because I thin that would be pretty cool ) but didnt umm some kill Lavin for having assts not recruit enough too ?

Goodman just trolls for Twitter hits & I am told he has animosity for present SJU regime. Apparently staff did not meet his request for information last season & he started behaving childishly. With a face made for radio, he should concentrate on his work, not this nonsense.
