(MSG) Seton Hall, Sat. Feb. 24, 12 NOON, FOX/570AM

Hate when team deliberately runs down shot clock and then forces shots. Should only be done when playing for last shot or running time off clock.
Last thirty seconds of OT pretty much sum up this season. Always coming up just short.
Unfortunately! We better be careful these last couple games or we can kiss our NIT chances goodbye.

Ahmed is a horrible free throw shooter and he misses too many layups. As the announcer said, he makes $100 moves and then takes A 10 Cent shot.

I’m usually a pretty positive guy but that entire overtime was terrible. Ahmed misses an easy layup and then the front end of a 1-and-1 and Simon clanks the ball off the side of the backboard. Ugly.
the low basketball IQ of this team is simply astonishing......
Ahmed mostly!

Ahmed has nothing clutch in his game . Zero ! He is a disgrace at foul line . Team has no urgency at Crunch time . Mullin needs to put up a shoe up some Asses . Simon a very , very poor game ! Clark never touched the ball in OT . Hate to say it , Bad Coaching and blown shots in OT . This team lacks any killer intensity , too much non chalance and no emotion . A summary of this season in OT , bad execution when pressure is on .

No excuse...We got outplayed.
Not an excuse. Refs missed SH inside the paint all day. Delgado should have had 4 offensive fouls on him too. Checks in the mail to the refs.

Mullin still weak on calling TOs. How could the players not know who should foul at the end of the game? Trimble too slow to count on.

I am continuously baffled by the lack of basketball IQ (other than Ponds) on this team.....Why would Clark foul with so much time on the clock only down by 3....What was blatantly obvious that Amend does not understand basketball is by rolling the ball on inbound down by 7 with 4 seconds left....really?

Refs had a lot to do with stopping any killer instinct. I think they ruined the flow of the game with too many dumb calls and too many missed calls down low. Next time used a couple people in the crowd to ref.

Clark moves to the three and we get a power forward

Other option is Clark stays at 4 and we go with Dixon, Ponds & Simon all in starting lineup. Either way team clearly needs a grad transfer difference maker at 4 or 5 spot if we want to be tournament team next year.

We are a last place team by performance . Owens is not a capable Front Court player in this conference . He just isn’t strong enough and wanders from basket way too much . What can you say about Ahmed ? Blown lay up bunnie , missing crucial 1 and 1 and not the first time he failed on the line with game on line . Why he has the ball instead of Clark is puzzling . We won’t miss his sub 60 percent foul shooting . And , let’s be truthful , this was not a good game from Ponds either .,Simon was close to a disaster all game .

This one stings. I thought they were going to pull this one out.

But you no one can convince me that SJU wasn't on the bad side of the whistle.

Delgado gets away with a lot. That is a big reason Seton Hall hasn't advanced in the NCAA tourney. The officials there do not let Delgado run people over.

And of course with our luck the one time they call him for something, it happened against the team's worst FT shooter.

And I also can't wait for that little rat to have to answer for illegal recruiting allegations. Seton Hall will not be able to just brush this off.

PRETTY MUCH SUMS IT UP.Lets get NIT OUT OF OUR MINDS We will probably finish under 500 And will only probably lose 1st round game we would also likely not win a game in conference T Most of us have come to the realization that we must wait till next yr Why in huddles it seems like st jean takes over and does most of the talk? Hope our coaching improves by next yr or hope we bring in A coach that knows his xs and os Also, hope they get players that shoot at least 70% from the foul line There is so much that has to be fixed and changed its disheartening
