I am much happier with our new coach than I thought possible just hours ago. Please don't let this be a late April fool!

Very positive turn of events. I can stop drinking out of frustration and switch to drinking in anticipation. Maybe soon, in celebration. ;)

OMG 1 mo' time ,but this time it's the best!!!
Somebody 'stick' me!
Was out at the docs, afraid to check my phone, see 11-hour-old threads on Mike Anderson; figured, damn, 1 more delusional dream for us to then wail about afterwards...Lol.
OMG!
Don't want to jinx this!!!
By tomorrow or Monday?!!?

Let’s hope he can get LJ, Heron and Simon to stay. Wright, Heron, LJ, Simon and Steere is not a bad starting five.

Okay, the more I read the more I think he was by far the best name available the past couple days. Good job to salvage this disaster. Also, no high major learning curve like nearly every other candidate would have had.

I think Simon is gone regardless but he'd be a great coach for Simon. I expect a strong, active defensive team.

Hope it's over. My ledge has never been so crowded as it was last night. Need my space back.

...or tossed the hemlock down the drain! Lol.

So anyone who has watched his teams, is it 40 minutes of hell - the press, press and more press style of play?

All that's left, per sources, is for Mike Anderson and St. John's to come to terms. James Jones and Paul Hewitt know they both didn't get it. #sjubb. Braziller

I've been quiet. But been reading the shit show lately. I would be thrilled with this hire

Moose, it is? It is?!? It is...!?!
Do we have 2 coaches now, instead of none?!?
Lol.

Three things:
1)Of all the names being bandied about he was the most accomplished and
2)He plays a fun up and down system that should appeal to kids and
3)If he did nothing else he saved us from Paul Hewitt and to a lesser extent James Jones who would have never been given a chance and just had DISASTER written all over them.

Absolutely could not have come out of this any better.

I think we'll all have doubts until we see it. And kudos to Cragg if it's true. He had deal with a bunch of fools, battled through, and it looks like he got his choice. Hopefully, this means he'll stay.

Expect to see lots of switching defenses. Zone to man, with some pressing tossed in.
