Watched the game at a packed bar with no sound, but was there any talk on tv of all the fouls? Seemed like we were getting called for everything. Two push offs on Mussini before makes? ALL our of bigs with at least 2 fouls in the first half...And way too many rushed shots by us, hope we learn from it.

I did not have an issue with the refs. 2nd Mussini call questionable. First he extended his arm. And you can probably justify calling Ahmed for 7 or 8 fouls a game.

It's true, a friend I was with , who doesn't follow hoops too much - said your team seems skinny. No bulk on our team

Owens needs to stay out of foul trouble. He can be a rebounder.
On a positive note, unlike last year, we do not throw the ball away. That is much improved.

I am overall pleasantly surprised by Owens. When he plays a little more disciplined he is a solid player and should get better with age and a lot of pasta. great point about turnovers. 6 turnovers against a good defensive team. night and day vs last season. progress

Yes they are but 15 games are doubtful. Just wondering what is the census of opinion on Mullins coaching thus far

Don't remember his third but honestly I start to cringe every time he lowers his head and charges to the rim. Looks like Bald Bull in Punchout game.

yakwe wanted to sit a year anyway to learn the game better. If I'm not mistaken, he had less than 2 years of competitive basketball before St John's. Under different circumstances he probably would have but since we were left with literally NOTHING by Lavin, we needed him even coming in late. I love what he gave us last season in a desperate effort but he is still 75% potential and has a lot of work to do.

You'll get to see one of Lavin's nothings , Samir Doughty of VCU in the next game.

Yes via a Roku TV. I had zero issues with very good picture quality on 55". Your Internet connection will probably be the biggest factor. I'm on Fiber so these streaming services, some of them at least, react to the speed/bandwidth of your connection so YMMV. Of course, not as nice as DirecTV where you can pause etc.

Here is the main thing. I get Yakwe and Sima need time and it is understandable. But to be fair you can't turn around and blame Lovett for shooting and still be competitive.

I'm not sure Ahmed knows how to take a two-point shot without first trying to run into someone.

Hoping Ahmed learns to keep his cool better. Need him on the court obviously to be a third scorer, get to the rack & draw fouls. Do understand Jucos usually have a challenge adjusting to this level. Hopefully he gets in a reasonable groove soon.

It should work regardless but the picture quality will degrade if your connection is slow. They increase the compression for slower speeds which degrades the quality.

If it will make you feel better, Jones didn't play today and is out a least a few games with an injury.

True, a budding wing, but would not solve our interior problem for sure.
