only thing positive to take from this game is I'm 2 hours closer to eating pumpkin pie
 
Just didnt hit shots. Defense was much improved but still needs work.
 
Too many fouls and a lack of experience will keep us from winning this game. Once we get our defense straightened out this team will be ok. I think we'll score enough points as the season goes on with Lovett , Ahmed and Ponds. Mussini was better tonight. So was Ellison.
 
"Watching" the game on ESPN Gamecast, and wondering how we were in the game for as long as we were, given the low shoot percentages.
 
Damn I wish we had Anthony Livingston! We have no interior offense, whatsoever. Ahmed is strictly an iso-player, he plays absolutely no team basketball. Lovett is explosive but I must have screamed at least 5 times that Muss was wide open on one of marcus's drives. I have no idea what this team's strengths are, other than being young and having a quality back court. Instead every time we get owned on the boards and interior scoring, i'm looking up texas tech box scores.

I was yelling too. I thought that Mussini being the only white guy on the court might have helped him stand out but I was starting to think he was being discriminated against because he doesn't wear a headband
