Feeling very good about the versatility of this team and the extraordinary pitching depth.

So I should start worrying....

I'll bet there as always upstairs. That's why I was asking about the helicopters.

Mets are a good team and we will go as far as a healthy pitching staff will take us. I love our chances

Just sitting here watching Giants/Dbacks and Bumgarner is dealing again. No hits into the 5th and he just launched a no doubt about it HR off Greinke. I am having feelings of deja vu from the wild card game loss of last year.

The helicopter flyover was not as good as last year. Only one copter. I think it was Navy? Did a slow flyover, I wouldn't want to be against something like that though.

Yeah NYPD ended up not doing it this year. It was Navy
 
Great opening day W. Would be very surprised if Mets don't make playoffs again this year. And if we can somehow do that I'd imagine nobody would like to face this staff in a 5 or 7 game series. Only 161 more games till we find that out.

We got to score runs for Noah otherwise he winds up with the same amount of wins as last year. Can't waste his shutout innings.

Here we go again.two excellent pitched games by our starters. We are not even making solid contact. It may be too early but I am concerned with Reyes' at bats. Way behind the ball, a really slow bat. And don't like his whiffs, much too many already, especially our lead off man. Hopefully, he comes around.
