Lobster rolls etc

Imperial Meat Company in Huntington. $18 dollar roll and freaking delicious. They put it on 2 dinner rolls that are connected. Genius. 9 claw rating

it's not bad. had it twice last year. not great but not bad especially for a ballpark. 6.5 claw rating on my ratings scale. I like the braised short rib grilled cheese sandwich which they sell along the 3rd base line a little better so I usually get one of those now

What do you think is great on the South Fork?
what area on south fork ? Hampton Bays canal cafe has a great one plus you can eat outside on the water which adds to the clawbiance

I agree not bad for a stadium. One of the better things to eat on a hot day. My son like the Pat Lafreida steak sandwiches out in center field on the lower level and behind home plate in the upper deck. I find them a bit chewy. Lately it's hard to have an appetite watching the game unless you are drinking heavily,

I had the one up top behind home plate on opening day. I didnt like the bread. Too hard for my taste. And yeah to watch our team definitely causes a need for a lot of beers

I had one at the Westhampton Beach snack stand (Rogers beach). Was surprisingly good. Good mix of everything.

Thanks...what about further out East Hampton or even Montauk?
The lobster roll in amagansett on montauk highway right before you get to montauk is my favorite out there. Get the hot lobster roll there

Absolutely outstanding. Most summers we rent a condo at Ocean Colony Beach and Tennis Club which is 100 yards east of Lunch and we eat there a few times each trip. Just fantastic.

Market Bistro in Jericho. Didn't even know this place existed till this week. Right behind Milleridge Inn in the strip mall. Very solid lobster roll with nice amount of lobster. Nice looking place in side so nice clawbiance factor. Good beer selection too. I'd definitely go back here again to try other food too. 8.2 Claw rating

Row 34 Boston. Pricy but delicious. Their connecticut style and maine style both excellent. Very Pricy at $27 but both worthy of 8.5 claws

Abbott's in the Rough Noank Ct. Cool place on the water but get the bigger roll which I didnt or you will get claw remorse. The roll itself was real good. Just wish it was bigger. 7.25 claw rating but the bigger one would have gotten around an 8.5 claws

Lobster Rolls shouldn't be foofoo. Sea Vew Snack Bar, Mystic CT. About $17 for a lobster roll. People line up continually. Pretty good product. Hop off 95 on way to New England. Can call ahead, which is what I do so no waiting.

that one looks pretty good for maine style. Nice chunks. Will definitely try that one

My fellow lobster roll eater friend and I are going to try one tomorrow from rustic root in woodbury. The general manager just called me and is putting it back on the menu tomorrow just so we can come and give to a claw rating. He seems pretty confident in his chef but we will see
