LJ to Transfer
This jump should’ve painless
That doesn't look painless to me!

Only puts more pressure on the coaching hire. This will not be a rebuild, it's becoming a start of a new program.

All the more reason we should do a well thought out search. Guess what we will be recruiting an entire team. We can’t afford to fire someone and then rush into a relationship because the coach really really likes St. John’s and won at CW Post.

Holy moly, RSR2. Stop, wuld-ja? Cluess wins and coaches a fast offense, LJ will return if it's Hurley or Cluess, but gotta be quick or else. Kids are getting antsy--which was/is my fear.

redmanwest wrote: Of course, agree, but why would he leave and have to sit a year, if the new guy is acceptable. And, if it is Cluess, his offense would seem to suit LJ very well.

I hear you RMW, but still makes me nervous. It's not a given imho that kids like Figgy & Heron will be thrilled with Cluess as new coach regardless of style of play. But maybe I'm just getting too antsy waiting (like Figgy)! Hope that's the case.

This one would be crushing love this kid! Not only is he extremely talented but he gives it his all the entire game hustles his ass off! This is the type of kid any program is lucky to have we can’t lose this guy!

Re: Cragg comment-this is nuts even for you. Were you just hit in the head with a blunt object? Can't believe I'm saying this but can we just see how things play out before condemning the man with a death sentence?#outyourevalovingmind

stop
The longer the "search" goes on the worse it is for the program and next year, and maybe harder to entice someone to take over a train wreck.

Like others have said, I would have thought a guy like Cragg would have had his ducks in a row and the new hire in place so that it would have been n seamless.

Jeez.
Hard to be seamless, when you have a tough product to sell.

I’m seriously starting to believe that at least half the Redmen.com members need to seek mental health counseling ASAP.

I was hit with a blunt object. I tried to stop the beating Hurley was giving Cragg and took a shot to the dome. I misjudged the length of the instrument...should have known that anything Cragg touches gets extended!

Thankfully Scheyer was there to show me how to flop and sell an injury.

Seamless in the sense that you don't pull the trigger until you have all in order and it is a forgone conclusion. So, you roll your new guy out the next day. Pre-planning...

But, Paultz's cryptic messages about waiting and maybe a surprise leads me to believe that we're on the wrong track and maybe it is someone that is off radar. Or Cluess...
